Calm Me!

 


We have been training our bodies and minds since September to become more still and mindful during our Calm Me sessions. We always have an image on the screen that we can focus on if we would like to, and this is linked to the calming music that is playing. 

Some of us like to keep our eyes open, others like to close their eyes and lay their heads on the table in front of us. We then do some basic breathing exercises to help calm our bodies and minds.
