Little Litter Pickers

Image
What a bunch of litter picker heroes we have! The children did an amazing job at picking up litter on our walk to the Rugby Club. We were amazed to find pieces of litter dating back to 2009! As a class we collected three and a half  bin bags of litter and a number of dog poo bags and even some abandoned toys!

Apologies for the lack of updates, but our blog wouldn't work. Prepare for lots of blog posts...

Calm Me!

Image
We have been training our bodies and minds since September to become more still and mindful during our Calm Me sessions. We always have an image on the screen that we can focus on if we would like to, and this is linked to the calming music that is playing.  Some of us like to keep our eyes open, others like to close their eyes and lay their heads on the table in front of us. We then do some basic breathing exercises to help calm our bodies and minds.
